THE COMPANY

There are 2 established companies in Singapore. One is Natarajan & Swaminathan founded during 1950 to provide professional services of statutory audit and taxation services to clients. NS Global Consultants Pte Ltd, was started during 2016 to provide Corporate Service to the clients of N&S.

During the year 2019, another company was started in the name of NS GLOBAL FINTECH PTE LTD to cater to the needs of digital economy companies. The group has also established a company, at Dubai free trade zone in the name of MMC Middle East FZE and another company, at Hong Kong in the name of NS GLOBAL CONSULTANTS LTD.

MR.R NARAYANAMOHAN – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. R. Narayanamohan is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a:
• Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants
• Fellow of the Associate Chartered Certified Accountants of UK
• Fellow Member of CPA Australia
• Accredited Tax Advisor for Income Tax and GST – SIATP (Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals)

Mr. R Narayanamohan is the Managing Partner of the Firm Natarajan & Swaminathan Chartered Accountants of Singapore. Natarajan & Swaminathan is a professional chartered accountant firm in Singapore founded in 1950. Mr. Narayanamohan has been instrumental in setting up the numerous Indian companies in Singapore, Narayanamohan’ s firm provides business and audit services to more than a thousand companies worldwide, including industry leaders like Mustafa and Spice Group

MR SRIKANTH NARAYANAMOHAN – STRATEGIC CONSULTANT & CEO

Mr. Srikanth Narayanamohan has studied Bachelor of Engineering, after he had his primary and secondary education in Singapore, he went to Carnegie Mellon University to do his bachelor education in Electrical and computer engineering. He then went to do Bachelors in Finance and Economics at the London School of Economics. Over a decade he is providing strategic advice to Mohan group of companies.
